Job description
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical/product teams. By evaluating processes, analyzing data, and documenting requirements, you will propose actionable solutions that enhance efficiency, improve the customer experience, and support our overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather, analyze, and document precise business and user requirements.
- Process Mapping: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends to uncover untapped opportunities and define success metrics for new features or operational changes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor, "translating" complex technical concepts for business leaders and business needs for technical teams.
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with product and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle, from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scoping through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance.
- Reporting: Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasting models to monitor project deliverables and measure the impact of implemented changes.
- Experience: [e.g., 2-4] years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate data, model business domains, and solve complex problems.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in analytical and process mapping tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Jira, Visio, or similar). Experience with BI tools like [Power BI / Tableau] is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of managing and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with [e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall] project delivery methodologies.
