Enterprise Arhitect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect (IT) to define, govern, and evolve our enterprise technology architecture. This role is critical in aligning business strategy with scalable, secure, and future-proof IT solutions. You will work closely with executive leadership, product management, engineering, and security teams to ensure architectural consistency across platforms, systems, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, standards, and roadmaps.

Translate business strategy and requirements into target-state architectures across applications, data, infrastructure, and integrations.

Ensure alignment between business capabilities, technology solutions, and long-term architectural vision.

Evaluate and guide technology selection, platform adoption, and vendor solutions.

Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and product teams to ensure architectural compliance and best practices.

Identify technical debt, risks, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.

Support cloud, hybrid, and on-premise architecture initiatives.

Establish governance processes for architecture reviews, design approvals, and change management.

Provide architectural leadership during major transformation programs and complex initiatives.

Ensure architectures meet security, compliance, performance, scalability, and availability requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with several years in an Enterprise Architect or Lead Architect role.

Strong experience designing large-scale, distributed, and mission-critical systems.

Solid understanding of:

Application architecture (monoliths, microservices, APIs)

Data architecture (data platforms, analytics, integration)

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Infrastructure and DevOps practices

Proven ability to align technology decisions with business outcomes.

Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.

Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on architectural levels.

Nice to Have

Experience in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale platforms).

Knowledge of security architecture and compliance standards.

Experience supporting digital transformation or legacy modernization initiatives.

Architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, etc.).
