Designer

Overview

We are seeking a UI Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets and polished interface designs that elevate our digital product experience across web and mobile. You will collaborate closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver consistent, brand-aligned visuals, UI components, and production-ready deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce UI visuals for web and mobile (icons, illustrations, banners, empty states, feature graphics, in-app notifications, etc.).

Create and maintain visual design systems (colors, typography, spacing, UI patterns, component styling).

Design high-fidelity screens and UI enhancements based on UX wireframes and product requirements.

Produce marketing-aligned product graphics (landing page visuals, social assets, app store graphics, email headers) as needed.

Prepare developer-ready handoff: specifications, assets export, responsive states, and documentation.

Ensure brand consistency across all product surfaces and communications.

Iterate quickly on feedback, balancing design quality with delivery timelines.

Support accessibility best practices (contrast, readability, visual hierarchy).

Required Skills and Experience

2+ years of experience in UI design and graphic design for digital products.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI visual design, layout, typography, and production assets.

Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, libraries).

Working knowledge of design systems and component-based UI.

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing, and responsive design principles.

Ability to translate requirements into clean, modern, user-friendly UI visuals.

Nice to Have

Experience designing for SaaS or marketplace platforms.

Motion design skills (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) for micro-interactions or promos.

Illustration capability and iconography systems.

Familiarity with basic front-end constraints (HTML/CSS concepts).

Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability basics.

Tools We Use (or similar)

Figma, Adobe CC (Illustrator/Photoshop), Jira/Confluence (or equivalent), Slack/Teams.
